The case is now considered closed. Prosecutors say 58 year old Casey Ritchie, in late April, shot 45-year-old Denise Miles and 14 year old Rylee Ritchie and then took his own life. They say the evidence in this case conclusively, and without a doubt, demonstrates that Casey Ritchie intentionally executed Denise Miles, the mother of Rylee Ritchie, his daughter. Prosecutors are labeling it a double murder suicide.
