U.S. Senator Todd Young releasing a statement on this Veterans’ Day: “In the Marine Corps our slogan is Semper Fidelis, meaning ‘always faithful’ to our nation and to those who protect it. I ask all Hoosiers to join me in recognizing the courage and sacrifice of our veterans, whose service has kept our nation safe through times of uncertainty and ensured our American liberties for years to come. Because of the federal holiday many local and state institutions are closed including banks, the post office and city/county offices.
