On this Veteran’s Day, Indiana 6th District Congressman Greg Pence and Ruben Gallego, a fellow Marine from Arizona, have introduced H.R. 2790 – Our Obligation to Recognize American Heroes Act – the OORAH Act. The legislation, if passed, would allow the Gold Star families who lost a loved one in the 1983 Beirut, Lebanon barracks attack to execute on $1.68 billion in Iranian funds currently held by a European-based firm.
