Prosecutors say 58 year old Casey Ritchie, in late April, shot 45 year old Denise Miles and 14 year old Rylee Ritchie and then took his own life. They say the evidence in this case conclusively and without a doubt demonstrates that Casey Ritchie intentionally executed Denise Miles, the mother of Rylee Ritchie, his daughter. Prosecutors are labeling it a double murder suicide.
