Its six years in prison for a Jay County man. 35-year-old Chad Flowers of Portland pleaded guilty to the solicitation of an underage girl after trying to arrange an encounter with an undercover Jay County sheriff’s deputy. The Star Press reports that Flowers was credited for 183 days already spent in jail.
