First Thursday, December 5th, from 5-8pm, it’s Light Up DWNTWN, held throughout Downtown Muncie. Galleries, restaurants and retailers. The Community Tree Lighting ceremony will take place at Canan Commons (located in the 500 block of S. Walnut St.) at 6:00pm. Santa, Charlie Cardinal and the Muncie Fire Department will be there as will the MCS Elementary School Choirs, Code Red Dancers and the Magic City Music Men.
