A Muncie man who volunteered with the Boy Scouts of America a year ago, has been formally charged with sexually assaulting a 15-year-old Scout. The Star Press reports 22 year old James Avery Colter was charged with sexual misconduct of a minor and counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor and furnishing alcohol to a minor.
