State Appeals Court Denies Muncie Nail Gun Torturer

A state appeals court has upheld the convictions – and 39-year prison term – of a Muncie man who tortured a woman with a nail gun. According to the Star Press, the 3 to zero opinion rejected Robert A. Walton’s arguments that some of his convictions should be vacated.
