A Muncie woman told her grandfather she needed to borrow $300 so a man wouldn’t kill her, then tried to take the money forcibly when he wouldn’t hand it over. 27 year old Olivia Daniel-Smith of the 100 block of North Cherry Street faces robbery and battery charges. The victim says they scuffled some before he gave her the money to get her to leave.
