Ball State University Homecoming 2019 is here. Saturday, the 19th Annual Chase Charlie 5K starts at 8:45am at Muncie City Hall, the Homecoming Parade starts at 9 at city hall and then the Ball State Cardinals take on Toledo at 2:00pm at Scheumann Stadium.
