A Muncie man has been arrested on dealing and gun charges. 38-year-old Ronnie Lee Newman allegedly twice sold crystal meth to police informants from his home near Heekin Park. It was there, police found nearly 30 grams of meth. Newman was carrying a .380-caliber handgun.
