Muncie streets blocked by trains seems to be an increasing problem. However, it appears that there may be some federal help with the issue. The Federal Railroad Administration might be able to help the city of Muncie in its ongoing dispute with railroad companies over blocked crossings. Mayor Dennis Tyler says he plans to reach out to them for assistance.
