Voting in Delaware County for the Nov. 5 municipal election begins today. Residents can vote early by showing proper ID in the election office on the first floor of the Delaware County Building, from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Mondays through Fridays. Voting will also be held those same hours on Saturday, Oct. 26 and Saturday, Nov. 2.
