Upland Man Gets Home Detention

An Upland man will be staying at home for quite a while: Its home detention for the man who, police say, tried to arrange a sexual encounter with a 13-year-old girl. 54-year-old Charles Reeves was cuffed earlier this year when he arrived in Winchester and found out the person he thought was a teenager was, in fact, an undercover Randolph County sheriff’s deputy.
