She Backed Over A Pedestrian

A Middletown woman has been charged with fleeing after she backed over a pedestrian. 42-year-old Amber Austin is facing counts of leaving the scene, driving while intoxicated and public intoxication. The victim said he was sitting in her van before the incident. He suffered fractured bones in his left leg, near his hips and lower spine.
