Residents Asked To ‘Refrain From Using Water’

A major water main break in Hamilton County impacted people in parts of Noblesville and Westfield Sunday. The water main break between State Road 34 and East 146th Street caused some residents to be asked to refrain from using water until the utility could resolve the problem.
