New and young parents are invited to attend a Community Baby Shower on Sept. 27, hosted by Muncie & Delaware County By5 Early Childhood Initiative and Open Door Health Services. Attendees will learn how to access free diapers and supplies through the Diaper Bank of Delaware County and how to enroll their child in free high-quality child care programs.
