A 19-year-old man was shot to death on a street near downtown Kokomo. It happened in the area of East Taylor Street, just east of Apperson Way where police found two bicycles in the street, several different caliber of shell casings, and drops of blood. A few blocks away, they found a man lying face down on a curb with multiple gunshot wounds. The victim was pronounced dead at the scene.
