A Muncie woman who testified in a recent murder trial is charged with perjury. Authorities say 22 year old Brionna Covington was a witness in the trial of William Balfour III and denied giving police a statement in which she hear Balfour admit he killed 18 year old Christian Orebaugh. Video proved she did make that statement. Perjury can carry up to 18 months in prison.
