Meth and cocaine dealing counts face a Winchester man. 34 year old Michael A. Arthur, of the 500 block of Western Avenue, was arrested outside his home early Wednesday in a vehicle driven by a woman whose driving privileges wee suspended. Police say Arthur appeared nervous and a meth pipe and a gag containing meth were found, plus pot and prescription pills.
