A man witnesses spotted carrying items out of a house faces a number of charges. 47 year old Shane Hale was seen at a home on the 1200 block of East Washington Street. When police approached him, he gave them a fake name and said they were harrassing him. They found meth on him and shell casings and knives determined to be stolen from the house in a truck Hale was driving.
