A Delaware County government employee has been fired and is now charged with public voyeurism. Police say 27 year old Glenn Pickett is accused of using his cell phone to take an inappropriate photo of a woman as she walked up some stairs. Authorities confiscated his phone. Pickett has since been let go from his job.
