A man who was the subject of a manhunt is behind bars, charged with attempted murder in connection with an August 23rd shooting. 35 year old Terence Walker is being held without bail Police claim Walker shot a man riding a bike whom he previously had accused of stealing his car. The man is believed to still be getting treatment at an Indianapolis hospital.
