Trafficking counts face a guard at the New Castle Correctional Facility. According to the Star Press, 56 year old Max Catron of New Castle admitted giving five packages given to him by an Indianapolis man, to an inmate. Those packages were about the size of a stick of butter and had a strong chemical smell. He also delivered three cell phones.
