Muncie’s environmental concerns have reached the governor’s office. Press Secretary Rachel Hoffmeyer says Gov. Eric Holcomb has received complaints about the proposed Waelz Sustainable Products’ steel-dust recycling facility. According to Hoffmeyer, the project is in the beginning stages of the permitting process and the governor is receiving updates as it progresses.
