She was visiting from Ohio and now a woman accused of attacking another person at Muncie Dragway is in trouble. Police say 44 year old JoNell Moriarty got into an argument early Saturday and after reportedly chasing people in the parking lot, grabbed one woman, pulled her to the ground, put her in a choke hold and punched her repeatedly.
