There will be a stand off, of sorts, Wedensday afternoon between Muncie police and local kids, in the form of a water balloon fight. It’s set for 4:30pm in Heekin Park. Hundreds of children are expected to turn out for the event, put together by Muncie Police and the Boys & Girls Clubs of Muncie.
