A New Castle man accused of sending nude photos of himself to two girls, ages 12 and 13, is facing five felony charges. 21 year old Alan Allison is charged with child solicitation and dissemination of matter harmful to minors. Police say he had established a Facebook page with the girls and that’s where the situation unfolded.
One of the girl’s mothers found the pictures on her daughter’s cellphone.
