A Muncie dad has been arrested on allegations of driving while impaired with his six-year-old daughter in the back seat. 38-year-old Steven McIntire was taken to IU Health Ball Memorial Hospital for a blood draw, and later to the Delaware County jail. He was released after posting a $10,000 bond.
