A delay in the construction of Anderson’s new bus terminal: The Herald Bulletin reports that the work should continue after a third environmental study is completed. The terminal was planned to open next February, but Anderson Mayor Thomas Broderick Jr. thinks the facility won’t be complete until early next summer.
