Police say two teens from Muncie were struck by a train at a southside crossing Wednesday morning. A 17 year old female was taken to the hospital then flown to Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis. The other person involved is an 18 year old male who escaped serious injury. The incident happened as the pair was walking along the tracks near the crossing on West 23rd Street at just before 6:30am.
