A Muncie businessman charged with bank fraud and lying to an FBI agent has had his trial pushed back to October 28th. Jeffrey Burke was arrested last September. He was charged with using an out of state loan that wasn’t to be used for real estate purchases to buy a piece of property in Muncie for $150,000 and he sold the property a few weeks later to the Muncie Sanitary district for $395,000.
