A Thursday afternoon crash has taken the life of a former Delaware County commissioner. Muncie police say 82-year-old Larry Crouch was killed when his vehicle left the 5500 block of West Jackson Street, striking a guardrail and two utility poles before becoming airborne and resting on its roof.
