Police say former Delaware County commissioner Larry Crouch was killed in a single vehicle accident Thursday afternoon. Investigators say his car left the south side of the 5800 block of West Jackson Street and traveled about 500 feet, striking a guardrail and two utility poles, then went airborne and landed on its roof. The 82 year old Crouch was pronounced dead at the scene.
