Since March 2018, Hoosiers have been able to buy carryout alcohol on Sundays. You might think that an added day of sales would mean an increase in the bottom line for liquor stores. That doesn’t appear to be the case. Many store owners say they had to hire extra employees to cover the Sunday shift only to see a decrease in sales on Saturdays and Mondays.
