The murder trial of an Anderson man is underway. 28-year-old Dylan Tate is accused of molestation and murder in the 2018 death of 18-month-old Harlan Haines. Madison County prosecutors are seeking life without parole. Tate’s then girlfriend and Harlan’s mother may be granted immunity in the case.
