Passed Out; Supposed To Be Baby-Sitting

A Muncie woman who was supposed to be babysitting has been arrested after she was found passed out outside a West Jackson Street home. 31-year-old Whitney Deverny had several bottles of alcohol around her, was drooling, and had a bump on her forehead when police found her. She first told them that no one was in the home but police looked in and saw a child sleeping on the couch.
