Elwood Woman Accused Of Contributing To The Deliquency

An Elwood woman is accused of stopping her car to let her 10-year-old son out to attack another child. 33-year-old Chelsey Casas is facing charges of contributing to the delinquency of a minor.  Police referred the battery part of the case to juvenile probation.
