Burglary and theft counts face two Randolph County residents accused of stealing tools from a storage building outside Winchester. 30 year old Kaylin L. Miller and 36 year old Cory E. Cornett were arrested Monday on preliminary counts of burglary and theft. Police got a call Monday about an SUV in a ditch and several people lying near the vehicle. That same vehicle was spotted backed up to a storage building some hours later.
