A November trial date is set for 28-year-old Jennifer Harris. Her former boyfriend – Dylan Tate was recently found guilty of murder in the death of her small child, Harlen Haines. The Anderson mother is accused of Level 1 felony neglect of a dependent resulting in death. A Madison County Prosecutor says he plans to add a Level 3 felony charge of neglect of a dependent against Harris as well. Harris is set to stand trial November 12.
