New life for an old Muncie property: Heavy equipment could be in full effect in the next month or two at the old BorgWarner property. Two companies, one out of Indianapolis, one out of Mexico, are sinking nearly $85 million into the site to pump out zinc oxide and iron concentrate there. They hope to be up and running in late 2020.
