An inmate provides evidence against his fellow prisoner in Dylan Tate’s murder trial. Joshua Basey shared Tate’s alleged confession in court in exchange for being moved out of the Madison County jail. Basey wrote down notes about Tate’s confession and was later granted of his request to be moved to a different facility. Tate has tried to cover the murder and injuries inflicted on 18-month-old Harlan Haines. Closing arguments in the trial are expected to begin today.
