A woman babysitting was arrested late Wednesday after she was found passed out outside a home on the 1700 block of West Jackson Street. 31 year old Whitney Deverny had several bottles of alcohol around her, was drooling, had a bump on her forehead and was slurring. She first told police no one was in the home but police looked in and saw a child sleeping on the couch.
