Sentencing is expected later today for a longtime Muncie businessman. 79-year-old Calvin “Buddy” Carroll struck a deal with prosecutors and will plead guilty to two drug-dealing charges. Carroll signed an agreement that calls for him to plead guilty to two counts of dealing in a controlled substance.
