A $20,000 bond set for a Muncie man charged with breaking into a house and setting it on fire. Police say 28 year old Michael Reich of the 1200 block of West Kilgore Avenue was arrested this week on burglary and arson charges. The house where the incidents took place is on the 500 block of West Wilson Avenue and Reich was identified through surveillance cameras at the property.
