Sentencing hearing postponed Monday after a prosecutor recommended an aggravated sentence for a former Delaware County Sheriff’s Deputy. 38 year old Jerry Lee Parks was cuffed in September 2017 after agreeing to hold 12 pounds of pot for his nephew. Parks resigned from his post soon thereafter and pleaded guilty to aiding, inducing or causing dealing in marijuana.
