There is expected to be a record number of freshmen at Ball State University come fall. More than 27 thousand applied and just over four thousand of them are now confirmed. That’s 15 percent ahead of the confirmations at this time last year, reports the Star Press. The record enrollment of 4,005 freshmen occurred in 1997.
