25 years behind bars for a Muncie man in an incident in which a woman was tortured with a nail gun. 37 year old Benitez McCullum pleaded guilty to charges of aiding or inducing aggravated battery, attempted aggravated battery and criminal confinement. The 46 year old victim had nails shot into her legs, torso and one of her feet. A co-defendant in the case was given 39 years in prison.
