It may have been an accident, but a Muncie man is charged after allegedly shooting his wife early Thursday. The Star Press reports 64 year old Tim Sloan of the 1500 block of South High Street is charged with criminal recklessness of a firearm, which is a felony. When police got to the home they encountered Sloan, who wanted them to shoot him. Behind him was his wife, in a chair, with a gunshot wound to the shoulder.
