There’s a new tenant apparently to fill the void left by the closure of Scotty’s Brewhouse in the Village near Ball State University but who it is, remains a mystery. The lease for the site was signed last month and the owner of the property says a restaurant will fill it. They hope to have the eatery up and running by mid June but the name of the tenant is not being released.
